A CITY THAT WORKS FOR EVERYONE

Accessibility should be considered in how we design public spaces, facilities, programs and municipal services.

My experience with community accessibility initiatives has reinforced the importance of removing barriers wherever possible.

I support:

  • Accessible public facilities

  • Inclusive recreational opportunities

  • Better pedestrian accessibility

  • Accessible municipal information and services

  • Considering people with different abilities in planning and infrastructure decisions

  • Continued improvement of accessibility throughout Chilliwack

A modern city should be designed so that people of different ages and abilities can participate fully.
